The Opportunity:

We are searching for an analytical, well-organized and dynamic marketing operations professional who enjoys monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives as they relate to the overall company's goals.

Essential Functions/duties:

  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in a relevant field and 8+ years of experience in marketing or analytics, OR equivalent working experience.
  • 5+ years experience as a people leader.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis, and BI tools (e.g Tableau).
  • Proficiency in marketing automation systems (e.g Zoominfo, Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce) and integrating those systems with other technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.

  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts.
  • High caliber, dynamic personality that promotes a positive culture.
  • Excellent time management and written/verbal communication skills.

 

Additional Information:

  • Supervisory Responsibility: This position has supervisory responsibilities.
  • Travel Requirements: This position may require up to 10% travel. Frequently, travel is outside the local area and overnight.
  • Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.
  • Physical Demands: This is largely a sedentary role. Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
  • Colorado Only: The range provided is for Colorado-based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than CO may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. Pay range: $150,000 with potential to earn up to 15% bonus.
  • FLSA Status: Exempt
