Resilience 2022: Security – Interos Annual Global Supply Chain Report

June 13, 2022

Only one in 10 technology executives say they continuously monitor supplier risks, according to a security-focused version of Resilience 2022, the annual Interos global supply chain report.

The report surveyed 750 Chief Information Security Officers and IT security decision-makers across multiple industries about the impact of continued supply chain disruption. While the number of technology leaders with visibility into their supply chain remains low, many organizations plan to implement solutions within the next 12 months.

On average, organizations faced three significant supply chain disruptions during the past year, costing them a total of $160 million in lost revenue. Technology leaders understand that the established methods of managing supply chain risk no longer measure up – 68% said they plan to make wholesale changes to their supply chain footprint.
