The United States Space Agency has relied on Interos for ICT SCRM since the early stages of its program. Per ICT SCRM Lead Kanitra Tyler, “Oftentimes we build things — whether it’s an instrument or an actual spacecraft — that lives long beyond the planned life cycle. So we need to know that supplier of that product, especially if they are the single source supplier, that they’re still going to be in business… We actually used the Interos service and support to help build our program. “
